Braised is a new food cart located in beautiful Eugene, Oregon. A product of Husband-and-Wife duo Holly and Alan Fullerton who bring 20+ years of experience in the culinary and hospitality industries to the table. Chef Alan truly believes that few things in life taste richer than time and love, and he hopes to trigger fond memories of your grandmother’s recipes with his slow-cooked dishes.
Along with rich and savory flavors, Braised offers a 100% gluten-free menu, as well as vegetarian and dairy-free menu items sure to please all. From loaded mac & cheese to gourmet sandwiches, you’ll quickly find a new favorite dish that will send you back down memory lane.
